How long does it take to fulfil my order?
We glad to let you know that Covered Scarf will fulfil the order EVERY DAY!
How long does it take to receive my items?
Regularly takes 3-5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. To check approximate delivery times please visit the J&T express post website.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is RM 8.00 for Peninsular Malaysia & RM 17.00 for West Malaysia.
How do I know my order went through?
You will know that your order has been successfully processed once you receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, there may have been a problem with your order.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
Once we send out your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. You can then proceed to track your order at J&T Express website.
Once I have placed an order, can I make changes?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to your order once it has been placed. All orders are final upon payment. However, you may make as many changes as possible to your shopping cart prior to paying.
Is there a delay during busy periods?
Often during Sales and Eid, your order might be slightly delayed by a few days. however, we will endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible. At times, there are also glitches with J&T Express server which may cause unexpected delays. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
International shipping
At Covered Scarf, we ship almost every location in the world. You may choose the preferred courier from option provided in our website during check out process.
Order processing will take 1-3 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) before being shipped out. Once it has been picked up, the transit time will take around 7-14 days.
If you do not receive your parcel after 14 days of receiving the tracking number, please email [email protected] for assistance.
